  1. Get Real-Acknowledge and accept the reality of Ramadan.
  2. Know what you ✅should and ❌should NOT do.
  3. Clarify the misconceptions you have about Ramadan and have clarity.

So make sure you open and read all the three below before you start planning.

👍 Acknowledge and accept Reality

❌ DON'T’S:

❓Clarify Misconceptions

The Ramadan Master Plan

I have created this planner using my personal variation of Get things Done (GTD) Strategy.

GTD is the art of stress-free productivity.

It helps you to have a clutter-free mind so you could “be maximally efficient and relaxed.” as quoted by David Allen the founder of this system.

You can read more about GTD here and the benefits here.

Here is how you can implement this strategy using the Ramadan planner and tracker:

<aside> ✅ Get Things Done Strategy:

  1. Capture all your goals 📥

Capture anything that crosses your mind about Ramadan in the ‘Ramadan goals DB’.

You can sort which goal is too big or small later!

  2. Clarify 😇

Process and prioritize what you’ve captured into the top 1 goal, top 3 goals and top 5 goals under each pillar

  3. Eliminate

Just like how you set your To-Do goals, it's equally important to set Not-To Do goals so that you know the boundaries and don’t overdo one pillar and fail in the other pillar.

Remember you don't have unlimited time but only limited time of 24 hours in a day.

  4. Organize 🍱

Use the Ramadan tracker DB to organize all your daily Fardh, Sunnah and Nafl goals. (I have done this for you!😊)

Your 30 goals are already organized from step 2, simply add the date for one time goals.

  5. Get it Done

Just get your planned tasks done for the day without excuses.

  6. Review 🧐

Review your day at the night before going to sleep under ‘Todays Journal’ on what you did well and what can be improved tomorrow.
